Become a Vendor Inside the Shop!

 

The Shops at Event Edge offers unique space rental opportunities for small businesses, artisans, and creative entrepreneurs looking to showcase their products in a beautiful boutique setting. Our shared retail environment allows vendors to display and sell their work while benefiting from the foot traffic, events, and community atmosphere inside the shop.

Shelf Rentals start at $100 per month (when available), providing the perfect option for makers who want to feature a small collection of products in a professionally curated retail space.

For those looking for a larger presence, Boutique Spaces are available starting at $400 per month (when available). These spaces allow vendors to create their own mini boutique within the shop, offering a more immersive brand experience for customers.

One of the best parts of being a vendor at The Shops at Event Edge is that we do not take any commission from our vendors — what you make is yours to keep.

Vendors are not required to be present to sell their products. Our staff will handle all customer transactions on your behalf, allowing you to focus on creating and growing your business.

Included in your rental fee, boutique vendors will receive their own dedicated webpage, while shelf vendors will be listed on our website, helping customers discover and connect with your brand both in-store and online.

While we promote the shop as a whole, vendors are responsible for their own marketing efforts to help grow their brand and bring customers into the store. From time to time, vendors may also have the opportunity to contribute toward shared marketing initiatives, though participation is completely optional. Marketing plays a very important role in the success of any small business, and we encourage vendors to actively promote their products and presence at The Shops at Event Edge.

Availability is limited and spaces are offered as they become available. Join a growing community of small businesses and creatives while sharing your work with new customers in a welcoming and supportive retail environment.

Outdoor Event Space Rentals

Outdoor vendor spaces are set up on the grassy area located beside our parking lot, offering excellent visibility to the continuous traffic passing by The Shops at Event Edge. This prime location helps attract both shoppers visiting the boutiques and business within the plaza and drivers traveling along Whitney Avenue, creating strong exposure for participating vendors.

Outdoor vendor spaces are 10' x 10' and start at $100 per event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, and display setup to create a welcoming and professional booth. Setup is on the grass section next to our parking lot.

Our outdoor events often attract shoppers visiting the boutiques inside The Shops at Event Edge, creating additional exposure for participating vendors. These events are a wonderful way to promote your brand, meet new customers, and be part of a supportive small business community.

Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis for each event.
